Both my dog, Archie and I love this place. Archie drags me in there like it’s his own personal Disney Land and has to say hello and get Good Boi pats from all the staff.
Brendan and Shaun have been total legends in helping me set up a new tank and put the right fish in as I’m a total newbie to the fish keeping world. I now have a beautiful tank with thriving fish and lots more knowledge of how things work.

I love this store! They have a great range of pet food, toys, accessories and services. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always greet me and my dog with a smile and a treat. The store is clean, well-organised and easy to navigate. They also have a grooming salon, a vet clinic and a dog wash station. I highly recommend Petbarn Katoomba for all your pet needs!
Excellent customer service at the Katoomba store. They are always helpful and welcoming. Their smiles tell you that they enjoy working there, and that comes across with excellent customer service.
Did you know you can wash your dog here? Washed our dog here and it is pretty neat. $10 minimum but that is plenty for a medium dog. The staff were great and even gave our dog a treat. Quite a neat way of washing. They had other pet stuff too but I didn’t hang around.

Instantly friendly and helpful Staff from the first minute you enter the spotlessly clean Store until the last minute when they carry your heavy goods out to the car for you.
All team members are helpful, friendly and professional at all times.Today it was Ashley who went out of her way to be helpful in finding the right product.
